Autumn Ground

November 15th | Virtual Workshop

From Soften to Ground:
She Lives Regulated

You’ve felt it by now

The quicker pace, the scattered edges, the slightly wired-but-tired feeling
that shows up right around the equinox.

That’s not you falling behind.
That’s Vata season, and it’s exactly what Autumn Ground is built to meet.

Summer was about softening the grip.
Autumn is about actually landing it.

If you joined us for Summer Soften, you started loosening the hold of overdrive. But softening is only half of it. Once the grip lets go, your body needs somewhere steady to land.

And right now, the season isn’t making that easy.

Why does this time of
year feel so scattered?

Autumn has a quick, dry, light, restless quality. In Ayurveda, it’s called Vata season, and the equinox is when it peaks.

You might notice it as:

→ Attention that won’t stay in one place
→ Sleep that feels lighter or more broken
→ That wired-but-tired feeling at the end of the day

Add the tail end of a full, busy year, and many of us hit what I call Capacity Collapse™. It’s what happens when a long season finally catches up with a nervous system that’s been managing instead of regulating.

Nothing has to be “wrong” for you to belong in this room. This is simply what it feels like to be human in this season.

What we’ll explore together:

A clear understanding of why this season feels the way it does, and why that’s not a personal failing

A grounding breath practice built specifically for Vata season

The Ground Principle: three anchors (rhythm, weight, and breath) that turn “surviving the transition” into actually landing in it

An introduction to Regulated Expansion™, the throughline of She Lives Regulated, where growth is carried by regulation, not white-knuckled effort

Plus a 20-minute guided extended-exhale breathwork practice and time for integration and reflection, all from the comfort of home.

Is Autumn Ground for you?

→ You’ve been holding it all together, and you’re tired of just holding
→ Your mind feels busy and your body feels restless, even when you finally slow down
→ You loved how a single breath practice felt and you’re ready to go deeper
→ You want this season to feel steadier than the last one

You don’t need to be in crisis to come.
You just need to want more ground under your feet.
